Jami Williamson, also known as Jai, is the Owner and Founder of Precise Valuations & Consulting. She grew up in Michigan where she started her appraisal career 14 years ago. She moved to Idaho, where she pursued her true passion for appraisals. She worked for an established appraiser for almost a decade. With a vast amount of knowledge learned from her mentor, she trained and became a trainee in the state of Idaho. However, her true talent & inspiration was the operational side of an appraisal office. She became a master of streamlining and modernizing a appraisal office with multiple assistants and appraisers. Her goal is to help consult appraisers and their assistants, to produce more and work less. Jami, has an eye for what makes a business succeed. With years in the business, Jami Williamson has seen it all - and is ready to lead you on the path to success.
